Payment and Invoices
Advance payment of the early registration, late registration and the deposit for the room have to be paid using the following bank requisites:

Important: Please write your names in the details of payment. All bank charges are to be covered by the payee.
On site payments
The fees for the registration as well as the room could be also paid after registering at the desk of “Pro Event Tour” Ltd.
If you wish, you could receive invoice for your payment. This should be stated in the registration form and invoice details should be provided. If specific text of the invoice is needed, it should be duly noted.
The invoice details could be sent also electronically, together with your registration form.
Refund of the amount of the registration fee is NOT possible.
Hotel reservation could be changed or annulled by August 31, 2017.
After receiving written confirmation, your deposit will be reimbursed.
